"I went to see Michael Vincent perform his lecture on Deception for the Watford Magic Circle and it was fantastic. An evening of two parts, the first is a selection of some of his choice moves, with the second half an explanation of the mechanics of the deception: not just the sleights involved, but the use of the body to deceive, the importance of tension and relaxation at crucial moments, and some sheer-gob-smackingly runs-on-wheels elegant and original deception.
It was refreshingly un-dealerlike in presentation, and Mike is very generous about sharing his sources for some of his great material.
Hard to beat if you’re thinking of who to invite to your next club lecture. "
